Dialog box “Letter template by default”

This dialog box allows you to specify a default template for letters. This information will be automatically copied to your new messages. You can change the following fields:
· Subject - This is the default subject of any new message. Here you can use Macro definitions to define this field dynamically while sending.
· Message - This is the default body of any new message. Here you can use Macro definitions to define this field dynamically while sending.
