Dialog box “Recipient”

This dialog box allows you to change recipient information in List of recipients. You can change the following fields:
· Address - This field may contain an e-mail address or a list of addresses. Use semicolon to separate addresses in the list. You can also use the button situated at the right side of the edit box to open List Editor. Contents of this field will be automatically used as the name of a person in all messages where you use Macro definition %RECIPIENTADDRESS%.
· Name - This is a name of recipient. Contents of this field will be automatically used as the name of a person in all messages where you use Macro definition %RECIPIENTNAME%.
· Field1 - This is a custom field1, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD1%.
· Field2 - This is a custom field2, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD2%.
· Field3 - This is a custom field3, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD3%.
· Field4 - This is a custom field4, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD4%.
· Field5 - This is a custom field5, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD5%.
· Field6 - This is a custom field6, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD6%.
· Field7 - This is a custom field7, which you can define for each recipient individually to make your messages more personalized. Contents of this field will be automatically used in all messages where you use the Macro definition %FIELD7%.
· Enabled - Use this check box to enable or disable the recipient.

All these fields except Enabled field can be used as Macro definitions in your messages.
